World Federation of Zervas Art Clubs, Club for UNESCO of Achaia, and “Zervas Art ” have the great honor to invite you in the great International Painting Exhibition WOMAN IN ART that will take place in famous professional Gallery in the center of Florence.
Confirm your participation “as soon as possible” to exhibit your paintings and meet with great artists from the whole world and live creative artistic moments in the main artistic and historical Painting Exhibition.

SALES
The sales of the artworks will be done throught the gallery

VISA
We provide official Visa letter FOR EVERY Italian Embassy in any country, with the signature of Club UNECO and Zervas Art.
Artists are responsible for their Hotel Reservation (if it is necessary)
INFORMATION / EXHIBITION
- Every artist will exhibit his/her paintings in the wall dimension 120 running cm. Every artist can exhibit 2-6 paintings 50x50cm.
- The artists have to offer to the Gallery 20% percetage from the sale price of their paintings.
- The artists have to be in the Gallery with their paintings on 08/04 morning 09:00. The transportation is their obligation.

If you want to send the paintings without your presentation, must be delivered to the gallery until 30/03/2019.
Zervas Art can manage it with extra cost 50 euros. - The Gallery will prepare the exhibition on 08/04 from 09:00 until 20:00.
- The “Opening” Exhibition will take place on 09/04 time 19:00 (cocktail)
- The participant artists have to send on time to Zervas Art: 1 face photo / 4 paintings in jpg / short CV.
- The closing of the Exhibition WOMAN IN ART will be on 11/04 time 19:00 and the artists can get their paintings.

1 Month advertisement to 100.000 selected citizens of Florence
The Gallery will invite all the customers and friends
All the media will be invited (radio, tv, news papers, magazines, social media) of Florence
All the Vip’s of Florence will be invited: Mayor and Board, businessman, Consuls, artists, writers etc.
